Super Bowl Sunday. Found myself in Best Buy watching the game on the big screen, go Green Bay!
However, the real question is, “Why was I in Best Buy during the game?”
As a lifelong PC lover, I was surprised to find myself contemplating a Mac. I simply asked a group of friends what kind of laptop I should get next…as they all shouted, “MAC!”. Wow, didn’t know it was going to be so unanimous. Just because friends suggest it, doesn’t mean I’ll do it…right?
The next hour was spent with Cyntia, the Best Buy employee who thoroughly gave me a side by side comparison of the two machines while stating, “take your time, I’m not commission”. Loving the no-pressure decision process, we examined the battery life, price, look and feel, load time, overall usability, USB ports, SD drives and then…oh, no, wait…where’s the 10-key?
I walked out with a Dell…and it just so happened to have a fun little blog icon on the desktop, I smile as I think, “hmmm, maybe I will write more this year”.
